Bev Larson, CCIM has been involved in real estate, building and development, representing buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants in Lee, Collier, and the surrounding counties for nearly 50 years. Larson has over 42 years of diversified experience in the Southwest Florida market, specializing in commercial, investment, retail, office, medical, industrial, land, hospitality, residential and multifamily properties. Larson is a CCIM designee with extensive experience at the district, chapter and institute levels. She coordinates CCIM courses in Southwest Florida, organizes commercial real estate classes, seminars, workshops, events, and networking, including a university alliance with FGCU.
